MCM’s litigation team advises clients on family law matters including separation and divorce, financial disputes and settlements and custody and maintenance proceedings and is involved in all aspects of matrimonial litigation. It also deals with international aspects of family law and Probate, Inheritance and Tax issues. The department advises on wills, the administration of estates, tax planning and undertakes probate work.
