The firm's employment law expertise is drawn from two departments: the company/commercial department handles the drafting and variation of employment contracts, service agreements and restrictive covenants. The litigation department deals with the contentious side of employment law and regularly appears before the Industrial Tribunal defending actions brought against employers. The department also acts for employees where no conflict of interest exists.
