The litigation team handles a wide variety of general and commercial litigation and arbitration cases and has been involved in a wide spectrum of cases raising issues of, inter alia, corporate, employment, family, personal injuries, contract and tort law as well as debt collection. Cases are followed through from the moment a client consults the firm for advice to the pre-trial negotiations, if appropriate, the institution of proceedings, the pursuit of any available interim measures, the trial itself and finally, enforcement of any remedies granted or appeal. Members of our firm have been active in arbitration proceedings in Cyprus involving both local and international disputes. At the same time, the firm has undertaken on numerous cases, the enforcement locally of foreign arbitral awards and judgments and has considerable experience in this regard.
